This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on products and services purchased through Sampsira.com ("Platform"). By making a purchase on our Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
1. General Policy: The Nature of Digital Goods
Due to the nature of our products, which are digital goods delivered instantly and irrevocably upon purchase, all sales on Sampsira.com are final and non-refundable.
When you purchase a subscription, you receive an allotment of credits. When you use these credits to download a music sample, you are granted a license to use that digital file. Once a sample is downloaded or credits are used, the product has been fully delivered and cannot be returned. This policy is in place to protect our artists and prevent abuse of our system.
2. Subscription Fees
Your Sampsira subscription is a recurring payment made on a monthly or annual basis.
- No Refunds for Subscription Periods: All subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but you will not receive a refund or credit for the current billing period, whether used in full or in part.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your account and any unused credits until the end of your current, paid-for billing period.
3. Use of Credits for Sample Downloads
Credits are the virtual currency used on the Platform to license and download music samples.
- All Credit Redemptions are Final: The act of redeeming a credit for a sample download is a final and irreversible transaction. Once a credit is spent, it will not be refunded or returned to your account for any reason, including accidental downloads. We encourage you to use the preview function to ensure a sample meets your needs before you download it.
4. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
While our policy is firm, we aim to be fair. We may, at our sole discretion, consider offering a refund or a credit in the following limited circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If a downloaded file is proven to be technically faulty, corrupted, or is the incorrect file, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the download. We will first attempt to provide you with a working version of the file. If we are unable to resolve the technical issue, we may, at our discretion, refund the credit(s) used for that specific download.
- Billing Errors: In the event of a verified billing error (e.g., a duplicate charge for the same subscription period), please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and issue a refund for the erroneous charge if it is confirmed.
- As Required by Law: This policy does not override any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your specific jurisdiction that cannot be waived. Any such refund will be processed in accordance with the law.
These exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A request for a refund does not guarantee one will be granted.
5. How to Request a Review for an Exception
If you believe your situation falls under one of the exceptions listed above, you must contact our support team directly. Do not issue a chargeback through your bank or payment provider, as this will result in the immediate suspension of your Sampsira account and may incur additional fees.

- Your full name and the email address associated with your Sampsira account.
- The relevant transaction ID or order number.
- The date of the purchase.
- A detailed description of the issue and the reason for your request.
Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
